Cheap Motley Crue Tickets
Motley Crue is a popular American act that belongs to the genre of the heavy metal. This music band had been formed in Los Angeles, California back in the year 1981. The band had been founded by the bass guitarist named Nikki Sixx (who had at that specific time had been a member of the band called London) and the drummer named Tommy Lee. Amongst the members that had later gone on to join them had been the guitarist named Mick Mars and the vocalist named Vince Neil. To date the band named “Mötley Crüe” has managed to sell more than 40 million music album copies all across the world.

This music band is often much noted for the hard-living lifestyle performances that they give. Almost all the members that are a part of this band have had several brushes with the law and at one time or the other have spent some time in jail. They have suffered several addictions to both the alcohol and drugs along with having had several escapades with women. They are heavily tattooed which dramatizes their image further. Their ninth studio album that had been titled “Saints of Los Angeles’ had been released in the month of June in the current year, that is 2008. Further a film adaptation that will be based on their best-selling band autobiography titled as “The Dirt” is due for release sometime soon in the following year that is in 2009.

Motley Crue had been formed in the month of January in the year 1981. This had been as a result of the band’s future bassist named Nikki Sixx leaving a music band named London. He had begun to rehearse with Tommy Lee and Greg Leon (who had been both a singer and a guitarist). Lee had also had the chance of working with Leon in a music band that had been called “Suite 19.”

The above mentioned trio had practiced together for a while but Leon had eventually decided to discontinue these practices. This had been the point when the bassist and the drummer had started their search for some new band members. During the search Sixx and Lee met up with a guitarist named Robert "Mick Mars" Deal. Mars had been auditioned by them and had subsequently been hired.

Mars at that time had already been a member of a band named “White Horse.” During this time period one of the band members had called the group being "a motley looking crew." He had never forgotten this particular phrase and had later jotted it down on a piece of paper. He had written it down as “Mottley Cru” and later the spellings had been slightly modified to 'Mötley Crüe.'

A singer in this group had still been missing. Lee had already known Neil from their high school days that had been at the venue of the Royal Oak H.S. in Covina.
